How to Charter NWI Jet
Be prepared to answer the following questions:
- When do you expect to travel?
- Where do you expect to travel?
- What are your desired departure and return times?
- How many passengers do you expect will be travelling?
- If travelling internationally, what are the full names and birth dates of all passengers?
- If travelling domestically, what are the names of all passengers?
- What is the name of your company and contact info?
- Will catering be required?
- Will you require ground transportation or hotel accommodation at destination?
- Companies owe it to their customers to quote both accurate and up-to-date information.

Some of the things you should establish when requesting a quotation include:
- The safety record and reputation of the charter company.
- The cost of the charter and what it includes: rate per mile; the distance to be flown; minimum flight charges, Nav Canada fees, any holding charges, reimbursement of crew expenses, GST, and fuel surcharges where applicable.
- What the charter company payment terms are.
